洁淋通丸治疗泌尿系感染临床研究

Clinical Curative Effect of Jie Lin Tong Pill in the Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection

目的:观察洁淋通丸治疗泌尿系感染的临床疗效。方法:240例泌尿系感染患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予自制中药洁淋通丸,对照组给予银花泌炎灵。治疗后观察两组患者临床疗效、临床症状、血清白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为95.9%,两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后各种症状均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01);两组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均能显著降低血清IL-6、TNF-α水平(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:洁淋通丸治疗泌尿系感染临床疗效显著,其机制可能是降低血清TNF-α、IL-6水平,抑制炎症反应。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Jie Lin Tong Pill in the treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods：The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group of 240 cases of urinary tract infection.The treatment group was given the self-made traditional Chinese medicine Jie Lin Tong Pill,the control group was given Yinhua Miyanling.To observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the clinical symptoms,seruminterleukin-6（interleukin-6,IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor alpha （tumor necrosis factor-TNF-alpha,alpha）changes.Results：The effective rate of treatment group 96.7%,control group effective rate was 95. 9%,Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The two groups after treat-ment the symptoms were significantly improved after treatment （P〈0.01）;the comparison between two groups,no significant difference （P〉0.05）.The two groups can significantly reduce the blood serum IL-6,TNF-αlevel alpha（P〈0.01）,and the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Jie Lin Tong Pill treatment of urinary system infection is good,and its mechanism may be through the reduction of serum TNF-α,IL-6 levels,inhibit inflammatory reaction to achieve.
