子午流注理论治疗痹证研究述评

A review of Ziwuliuzhu Theory in Treatment of Arthralgia Syndrome Research

目前采用子午流注疗法治疗痹证的相关报道很多,其中涉及的取穴方法主要集中在纳甲法和纳子法。采用纳甲法治疗更多的是注重时间的选择,再结合疾病辨证取穴治疗,纳子法治疗更多的是注重对疾病的认识,结合时间进行取穴。两种方法都是治疗痹证疾病的确切方法,其中纳甲法针刺对关节肿胀情况和病理方面有明显改善,可能与调节血清皮质醇含量有关,其针刺的作用机制可能与生物节律等时间因素有关。但是由于条件局限性,目前的临床研究大部分科研设计、方法欠严密,是否能够准确反映子午流注理论在痹证治疗中的疗效有待商榷,而且缺少更加科学严谨的前瞻、随机、对照、大样本研究,这将是今后研究的重要方向。
