Research on the Quality Features of Undergraduate Village Officials＇ Competence and Exploration on the Ways of Education

志武世侄：来信收到。画作十二幅我都看过了。总的来说有灵气,画面书卷气也有,题诗不坏,其中有四幅,我比较喜欢感兴趣,做了点修改,现在防信寄还给你。你别急于出作品,也别急于办展览,要沉下心去,多读点书,阅读面一定要广,包括戏曲史、宗教史、自然科学百科大典,只要觉得好的作品都可以临摹,临摹和自己动手同时进行。这就是艺术态度。作画不要以尺寸大小来论宏大,要以内容思想精妙求真趣。

With undergraduate village officials of Zhejiang Province as the research object, this research group made comprehensive interviews and communications with undergraduate village offeials, farmers, village leaders and government officials concerning the competence of undergraduate village leaders, and through collecting literature and materials and analyzing the resuits, summarized 20 quality features of undergraduate village officials＇ competence from 6 dimensions including basic quality, ideology and morality, interpersonal relationship, learning innovation, task performance, and motivation. Based on the above work, through designing two questionnaires and field interviews, we collected related survey data, constructed a model and made a comparative analysis.
