校本管理与教师专业发展研究

摘要 校本管理萌芽于20世纪70年代的美国,强调权力下放,主张学校应有自主决策权,其主要目的之一是促进教师专业发展、提高学校教育教学质量。我国由于长期受"外控式"学校管理模式影响,教师工作被动,观念滞后,工作缺乏激情与创新,从而严重影响学校教育教学质量的提高。本文着重对校本管理的起源、在我国的发展现状以及如何促进教师专业发展进行论述。 School-based management originated from America in the 1970s, emphasizes on power decentralization, argues that schools should have independent decision-making power, and one of its main purposes is to promote teachers' professional development and improve the teaching quality of school education. Due to the long-term influence of the "external control type" school management pattern, teachers' work is passive and lack of passion and innovation, and their ideas are backward, which seriously affect the quality improvement of school education. The origin of school-based management, present development situation in our country and how to promote teachers' professional development are discussed in this paper.
