Undergraduate tutorial system is a key method to enhance the quality of university education. Based on offshore oil and gas engineering specialty, as an important strategic emerging industry specialty, a pragmatic education mode is provided. This mode aims to excite undergraduate students＇ curiosity and desire to explore, and normalize the high-frequency teacher-student interaction. In this way, the consistency of cultivating learning, guiding innovation practice and guiding graduation design can be realized, which achieves the real essence of the effectiveness of undergraduate tutorial system.
