摘要 采用积极心理资本量表与中国大学生适应量表,研究新生心理资本与学校适应的关系,结果发现:是否担任班干部在心理资本自我效能感因子上存在极显著性差异,且在学校适应多个维度上存在显著性差异;大学新生的心理资本与学校适应之间存在显著相关,乐观、自我效能感、韧性、希望是学校适应的有效预测变量。 Positive psychological capital scale and adjustment scale for Chinese students were adopted to research the relationship between the psychological capital and school adaptation of freshmen, and it was found in the results: there is a significant difference in the self-efficacy factor of psychological capital with regard to whether to be a class cadre, and there is a significant difference in multiple dimensions of school adaptation; university freshmen's psychological capital and school adaption are significantly correlated, and optimism, self-efficacy, toughness and hope are effective predictive variables of school adaptation.
