高校辅导员职业吸引力与职业倦怠矛盾探析

摘要 高校辅导员制度在我国已经实行多年。在当前的辅导员队伍建设中存在着这样一对矛盾,即一方面是招聘时门庭若市,大批高学历的青年人前来应聘,往往是几十比一甚至是百里挑一;另一方面是现有的从业队伍缺乏稳定性,不时有辅导员跳槽或者转岗,留下的也大多动力不足,易生倦怠。本文在对这一对矛盾进行解读的基础上,提出了解决策略。 The system of college counselors has been practiced for many years in China. In the present, there is a contradiction in the counselors' professional team: the one hand, crowds of people want to get the job on recruitment, but only one can be picked out from dozens or even more ; the other hand, lacking stability of the existing team, some counselors quit or change position from time to time, counselors left in power shortage, prone to burnout. Based on the analysis of this contradiction, we propose the solution strategy. K
