摘要
以优化烷氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷的制备工艺为目的,综合胶体的力学性能,探究了自制催化剂浓度和封端剂种类及浓度对烷氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷的影响。结果表明,500g的107(18600m Pa·s)能够在常温、常压条件下,与不少于6g的甲基三甲氧基硅烷,在自制催化剂的作用下,反应不少于60min后制得黏度合理、透明良好的双烷氧基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷,通过该产物制备的RTV-1硅橡胶表现出良好的自身强度和形变能力。此方法具有生产效率高,工艺条件简单、温和,成本低廉等特点。
In order to simplify the preparing process of alkoxy terminated dimethylpolysiloxane (PMDS), the effect of the concentrations of self- made catalyst and types of the end-capping agents on alkoxy terminated PDMS was investigated in consideration of mechanical properties of colloid. The alkoxy terminated PDMS could be obtained with appropriate viscosity and good transparency when the self-made catalyst was utilized for the reaction between 500g 107(18600mPa's) and at least 6g methyltrimethoxysilane under the ambient temperature and atmosphere for more than 60min; and the product could be used for the preparation of RTV-1 silicone rubber which had excellent tensile strength and elongation at break. This method was efficient, low-cost and could be carried out under a simple and mild condition.
