摘要
磷酸化改性聚醚醚酮是通过后聚合物改性实现的,首先将聚醚醚酮(PEEK)进行氯甲基化改性,之后通过Michaels-Arbuzov反应,使磷酸酯基团取代氯甲基基团,最后将磷酸酯水解得到磷酸化聚醚醚酮,得到磷酸基团取代的产物。用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱表征了磷酸化聚醚醚酮的化学结构,热失重分析仪表征了其热力学性质。
Phosphonated polyetheretherketone was synthesised by a post-phosphonation method, at first, chloromethylation of the polyetheretherketone backbone followed by phosphonation utilizing the Michaels-Arbuzov reaction. Different degree of phosphonation from 40 % to100 % was achieved. The modified polymers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, differential scanning calorimetry and thermal gravity analysis.
