摘要
垃圾焚烧发电厂沥滤液生化出水含有较高的胶体物质和COD,采用自制的电化学反应器对其进行预处理,改善其水质特征,降低后续膜处理的荷载。研究了主要工艺参数—电化学处理时间、废水反应体积、电化学处理出水静置时间等因素对垃圾沥滤液生化出水过滤性能的影响,以及电化学处理后出水静置过程中COD和余氯的变化规律。结果表明:采用电化学氧化法可以去除垃圾沥滤液生化出水中的胶体物质,改善其过滤性能。同时,经处理后的废水在静置过程中,废水中的COD随静置时间的延长呈不断降低的趋势。
Biological treatment always be used for pretreatment of leachate from municipal solid waste incinerators, but leachate after pretreatment still contains high COD, colloids, need to take advanced treatment with other physical or chemical method. In the paper, electochemical oxidation method was used to deeply treat the effluent in a self-made electrochemical reactor. The effects of major process parameters including electrochemical treatment time, Wastewater volume, wastewater setting time after treatment on the removal of colloids, COD and colority were investigated systematically. The results show that electrochemical oxidation method Can effectively remove the nano-sized biogenic colloids in biologically treated leachate, and improve the Filtration performance.
