摘要
文章综述了几种传统的分离纯化藻蓝蛋白的方法。重点介绍了双水相萃取法,分析了双水相萃取技术分离提纯藻蓝蛋白的优缺点,讨论了双水相萃取技术应用的技术难点和研究前景,同时阐明了双水相萃取技术的发展对分离纯化藻蓝蛋白具有重要意义。
In the paper, conventional methods for separation and purication of phycocyanin were reveiwed. A special attention was focused on the aqueous two-phase system and its application in the purification of phycocyanin. The bottleneck and potentiality in application of aqueous two-phase system was discussed in detail. The significance of the development at aqueous two-phase separation technology was revealed for the production ofphycocyanin.
