浅述企业内控制度

Enterprise's Internal Control System

本文从内部控制制度的内涵入手,先介绍了建立内部控制制度时应考虑的主要因素,分析了内部控制制度在企业管理中的重要作用,即:得控则强,失控则弱,无控则乱。最后结合现实,谈谈我对建立有效内部控制制度的途径和认识,以及预测了内部控制制度的发展趋势。

This paper starts with the intension of the internal control system, introduce the main factors that should consider in setting up the internal control system, analyze the function in business administration of the internal control system with Zhengzhou market and Hunan Province and wire ＆ cable factory, city of Xiangtan as instance. Namely; Controlled strongly, out of hand and weak, have not controlled confusedly. Finally I＇d like to talk about my understanding and inexorable trend of setting up the internal control system.
