机械压缩蒸发模型在垃圾渗滤液蒸发处理中的应用

摘要 机械压缩蒸发(MVC)模型是多变压缩、质量和热量守恒、亨利定律及道尔顿分压定律等的整合模型。文章借助Excel的贝塞尔曲线公式组、单变量求解和规划求解功能求解MVC模型,计算了垃圾渗滤液蒸发过程中的处理量、绝热温升等参数,并研究了实际工程中出现的处理量不足、能耗高和不凝结尾气累积等异常现象。结果表明,渗滤液的处理量随压缩机频率的增加而变大,但达到额定频率后,随着不凝结尾气的积累先变大后迅速降低。 MVC (mechanical vapor compression) model is an integration model of polytropic compression, mass and energy balance, Henry's law and Dalton's law of partial pressure. It was solved by means of BezierFit equations, goal seeks and programming solver tools of Excel to calculate the capacity and adiabatic temperature rise of the landfill leachate evaporation. And the anomalies of insufficient evaporation capacity, high energy consumption and non-condensed exhaust gas acctunulation in a project were investigated by MVC model. Results showed that the capacity of landfill leachate evaporation increased with the compressor frequency increase, and decreased rapidly with increase of the non-condensed exhaust gas accumulation when the compressor reached the rated power.
