摘要
针对广东某制药有限公司所产生的有机废水,其浓度高,色度重,成分复杂等特点,采取了p H调节、拦渣及水量调节的预处理方式后,在经由接触氧化等生化处理,最后通过曝气生物滤池等深度处理工艺后,达标排放。2000 m3/d。结果表明:该工艺稳定性强,处理效果好,出水达到广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准。
The wastewater from medical food preparation production in Guangdong province was very characteristic of complicate components, high concentrations of organic matter, high chromaticity, and large variation in flow and quality, a combined process of deslagging, neutralize, adjusting the quality and quantity, bio-contact oxidation, biological aerated filter and disinfection was designed, the treatment capacity was 2000 m^3/d. The results showed that the treatment system is stable and high efficiency, and the first grade of Discharge standard of water pollutants of Guangdong Province (DB 44/26-2001).
