摘要
随天然气井开发趋于高温、高压,油气集输系统设计要求愈加严格。管道埋设深度是管道设计的基本参数,通常根据地质情况、地表荷载和经济成本等因素考虑取值。近年来,由于应力过高、形变过大等问题已对管道稳定造成了极大威胁,采取有效的手段缓解集输管道的应力问题势在必行。文章通过分析现有集输管道埋设深度的规定,结合集输管道轴向和纵向失稳规律,综合探讨了集输管道埋设深度设计思路,并通过典型案例计算对探讨内容进行了验证。研究结果表明,依靠规范设置的最小埋设深度不足以保证管道的轴向和纵向稳定性,文章提出的集输管道埋设深度设计方案具有较高的理论性与实用性,可为设计人员进行安全的集输管道设计提供实用的参考与借鉴。
As the natural gas development trending to high pressure and high temperature, the requirement of natural gas and oil system design is stricter. Reasonable gas gathering pipeline design will play a key role on gathering system assurance and stable operation. The design cover depth of flow line is a basic parameter for pipeline engineering, usually basing on geological condition and external load. However, the complex of flow line cover depth design will be increased if considering the thermal expansion and upheaval buckling. In the study, the current code and standard for pipeline cover depth will be analyzed, the design method of cover depth will be discussed by combining with the pipeline instability rule, and the detail calculation will be performed to prove the discussed issue for pipeline upheaval buckling due to cover depth. The result shows that the study in the paper will be theoretical on pipeline cover depth, and is relevant to the real project. Meanwhile, this study could provide a method for gathering pipeline designer for reference and guideline.
