摘要
由于受国外技术保护垄断的影响,深水水下生产系统在我国海上油气田开发应用较少,水下生产系统制造及测试技术进展缓慢,且南海油气资源丰富,其中70%位于深水区,深水油气开发已成为我国能源的战略接力区。深水水下生产设施在工厂接收测试(FAT)时,涉及很多专用的测试设备、材料,且每项测试具体要求可借鉴的文献较少。结合中国南海番禺35-1/2项目在线管汇(ILM)的实际测试经验,详细说明了水下生产设施FAT的流程、关键专用设备、每项测试的目的及注意事项,为发展我国水下生产系统进行了重要的技术储备。
The technology for fabrication, testing of subsea production facilities moves slowly since the abroad technical security. There are few offshore fields developed by the sub-sea production model. However, the oil and gas reservation amount is very rich in South China Sea, 70% lies in the deep water district which is the strategic relay area for the energy of our country. Taking PY5-1/2 project as the object, the purpose, technological process, pre- cautions and key test equipment of FAT was stated in detail, which collects great technology for the development of subsea production system for our country.
