摘要 该文对深水管汇SCM的设计进行了研究和探讨。通过对国外成熟产品的调研,确定了SCM的总体结构组成;通过对常用液压系统的对比并结合深水SCM的特点,选定了适用的液压控制系统。根据深水SCM在位回收的要求,对连接和固定方面的机械结构进行了设计优化,最终确定了SCM试验机的设计方案,实现了SCM试验机的研发制造。 This paper makes a research and study of the design of a deepwater manifold SCM. Through the investigation of some world-renowned products, the overall structure and its components are determined. Through the comparison of normally employed hydraulic systems and the consideration of deep water SCM characteristics, a suitable hydraulic control system is selected. According to the requirement that the SCM be replaceable and recoverable, the research of its mechanical structure concerning connection and fixation is performed and therefore the design scheme is finalized, followed by the manufacture achievement of the test SCM.
