摘要
干树采油平台具有修井方便、操作成本低、易于维修建造等优势,目前仅成功用于TLP和Spar平台,相比于这两种平台,半潜式平台不受水深限制,易于建造、安装,但运动幅度较大。该文提出一种运动性能较好的新型干树半潜平台,采用谱分析方法对其进行疲劳分析。首先介绍了目前海洋工程领域比较常用的谱分析方法及其流程,然后对在位工况下新型干树半潜平台进行了总体强度分析和总体疲劳估算,确定了疲劳关键部位,最后利用谱分析法对这些关键部位进行疲劳分析,得到了各热点的疲劳寿命。计算结果表明,各关键部位的疲劳寿命基本满足要求,但是比较接近设计寿命,因此在后续的设计中疲劳问题仍需要重点关注。
Dry tree production platform has the advantages of convenient workover, low cost, easy to repair and construction, but only successfully used in TLP and Spar platform. Compared to the two platforms, semi-submersible platform is not limited by the water depth, and easy to construction, install, but has larger motion. This paper presents a new dry tree semi-submersible which has well motion performance, then carry on fatigue analysis through spectrum analysis method. Introduce the commonly used method of spectral analysis and process in ocean engineering field, then finish global strength analysis of dry tree semi-submersible platform and Screening fatigue analysis, determine the fatigue key parts. Finally, carry on fatigue analysis for these key parts using spectral analysis method, obtain the fatigue life of the hot spot. The calculation results show that the fatigue life of the key parts meet requirements, but close to the design life, so fatigue problem needs to focus on in following design.
