This article evaluates and inspects operation situation of gymnasium in universities of Liaoning Province by introducing spillover effect theory,grasp the substance of the influence factor of developing operation situation of gymnasium in universities of Liaoning Province,and to explore the development of scientific and effective way in order to provide necessary detailed reference to promote adjustmentof operation mechanism of gymnasium in universities and realize the social value optimization goal.
