运动员半月板损伤磁共振检查的诊断价值

A survey on the diagnostic value of MRI to meniscus injury of athletes

目的:分析与研究膝关节半月板运动损伤的磁共振成像特点,研究磁共振检查对运动员半月板损伤的诊断价值。方法:以93例因运动损伤所致膝关节疼痛、肿胀或出现膝关节不稳的运动员为研究对象,对其MRI表现进行分析,并分别于关节镜进行对照研究。结果:93例研究对象中,有151个半月板MRI显示为异常,其中半月板Ⅰ度损伤26个,半月板Ⅱ度损伤52个,半月板Ⅲ度损伤73个;MRI诊断与关节镜所见比较,对于半月板撕裂者,MRI诊断的敏感性为92%,特异性为94.7%,准确性为93.3%。结论:MRI是诊断半月板撕裂伤的一种有效的检查方法。

Aim：the article surveys the diagnostic value of MRI to meniscus injury of athletes by analyzing the MRI features of knee joint meniscus. Method：takes 93 athletes whose knees injury and swelling or instability of knee joint as objects of study,and analyzes their MRI and control studies in each arthroscope. Result：there are 151 meniscus MRI abnormal from the 93 objects of study in which 26 areⅠgrade injury,52 areⅡgrade injury and 73 areⅢgrade injury. The sensibility of MRI diagnosis is 92%,specificity is 94.7%and veracity is 93.3%for the people whose meniscus are torn through MRI diagnosis and arthroscope. Conclusion：MRI is an effective check method to diagnose meniscus laceration.
