高拉速生产小方坯的研究

摘要 包头北雷连铸为福建三铜二炼钢设计了一台生产大方坯和小方坯的兼容机型,此兼容机型生产小方坯时最大的特点就是流数少,拉速高;小方坯(160mm×160mm)的工作拉速要保证在3m/min以上,才能基本实现生产匹配;通过数值模拟和生产实践,解决了由于高拉速所带来的小方坯的质量缺陷。实践表明,此兼容机型可以实现小方坯的高拉速生产。 The BERIS has designed a combination caster of billet and bloom for SanGang in Fujian. The most characters of the caster were low strands and high casting speed for billet. The casting speed of billet ( 160mm ×160mm ) must be more than 3m/min to reach the match between the converter and the caster. Through the numerical simulation and the production practice, the quality crack caused by high casting speed was resolved. The practice has proved the combination caster would product the billet with high casting speed.
