纤维密封材料生产中助滤体系的应用研究

摘要 以比过滤阻力(Specific Filtration Resistance,SFR)为浆料滤水性能指标、光透射式采集图像的灰度直方图为成形匀度的评判标准,探讨了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)单元助滤体系、CPAM-膨润土微粒体系和聚氧化乙烯(PEO)-木素磺酸钙(木钙)体系对纤维密封材料浆料滤水性能和匀度的影响。结果表明,CPAM-膨润土微粒体系可以有效改善浆料的滤水性能,且对匀度影响最小。考察了搅拌速率、pH值、电导率、阴离子垃圾含量等因素对CPAM-膨润土微粒体系助滤效果的影响,发现加入第一组分CPAM后,随着搅拌速率的增大,CPAM一膨润土微粒体系的助滤效果下降;pH值4.5—9.5之间,电导率750—5000μS/cm之间,阳离子需求量低于30μmol/L时,CPAM-膨润土微粒体系均有良好的助滤效果。 The impacts of different drainage aid systems on drainage of the slurry of fiber sealing materials and the formation of its sheets were studied. The result showed that CPAM-bentonite system could effectively improve the drainage while maintaining good formation. With the increase of stirring speed after adding CPAM, the drainage performance of CPAM-bentonite system decreased. It was also found that for the stock system, when the pH value was between 4. 5 and 9. 5, the conductivity was between 750 μS/cm and 5000 μS/cm, the cationic demand was below 30 μmol/L, the CPAM-bentonite drainage aid system had always performed well.
