在分析3D打印技术应用于服装定制的好处和传统定制与3D打印技术定制服装的差异性的基础上,重点从产品设计、材料选择、加工工艺、后整理4个方面说明了3D打印技术对传统服装定制的变革和影响,即定制服装的设计过程的优化和简化,材料设计空间的扩大和材料种类的创新,服装定制加工工艺的革新,服装后整理方式的多样化。最后指出,企业和设计师可以先着手3D打印技术定制创意类服饰品,再逐步扩展到多类型服装的定制,同时应重视打印材料的研发和专业人员的培训,逐步优化3D打印技术服装产品的性能,才能扩大这一新技术在服装定制领域的应用。

Based on the analyses of the advantages of 3D printing in clothes customization and the difference against traditional clothes customization, the influence and revolution of 3D printing clothes customization on traditional clothes customization are analyzed from point view of product design, material choosing, processing technique and finishing, that is, optimization and simplification of the design procedure in clothes customization, more space for material choosing and material variety innovation, reformation of clothes processing technique, diversification of clothes finishing method. It points out that the company and designers can use 3D printing to create clothes accessories firstly, and then gradually to expand to various kinds of clothes customization, in the meanwhile, attentions should be paied to the printing material development and professionals training to optimize the performance of 3D printing clothes, leading to enlarging the application of 3D printing technology in clothes customization.
