摘要
为探讨阳离子染料上染Dralon纤维的动力学特征,测绘了其上染速率曲线,分析了不同温度下的平衡上染百分率、半染时间、扩散系数、染色速率常数等动力学数据。结果表明,上染时间在200 min时,阳离子染料上染Dralon纤维基本达到平衡上染,其平衡上染率很高;上染温度在100℃时,阳离子蓝X-BL可达到96.41%的上染率,阳离子黄X-5GL可达到93.96%的上染率,阳离子红X-GRL可达到96.3%的上染率。阳离子染料上染Dralon纤维的半染时间较短,且随着温度的升高半染时间有所下降,其扩散系数和染色速率常数都随着温度的升高而逐渐增大,其扩散模型为自由体积模型。
In order to study the kinetics of Dralon fiber dyed with cationic dyes, the dyeing rate curve was drawn with equilibrium dye uptake, half dyeing time, diffusion coefficient, dyeing rate constants at different temperature analysised. The result shows that the dyeing is equilibrium when the dyeing time duration reached about 200min. The equilibrium dyeing rate of cationic dyes on Dralon fiber is very high. At 100℃, cationic blue X -BL on the profiled acrylic fiber can reach 96.41% , and cationic yellow X -5GL can reach 93.96% , cationic red - GRL can reach 96.3%. The half time of cationic dyes on Dralon fiber is short relatively, decreases with the increase of temperature. And the coefficient and the dveing rate constant increase with the temnerature increases.The diffusion model is the free volume model.
