摘要 以100%云竹竹浆纤维为原料,基于环锭纺、转杯纺、喷气纺及喷气涡流纺等纺纱系统开发了本色纱及色纺纱。基于本色纱结构与性能,系统探讨了不同纺纱方式下色纺纱结构与性能的差异。研究结果表明,各系统的色纺纱与本色纱在外观结构方面存在一致性,但在直径、毛羽、条干、强伸性及耐磨性等指标参数方面存在不同的变化规律,这为不同系统色纺纱开发相应风格的产品提供了依据。 In this paper, 100% soft bamboo pulp fiber was used as raw material to develop the gray and colored spun yarns spun by different spinning systems, such as ring spinning, rotor spinning, air-jet spinning and jet vortex spinning. Based on the structure and property of grey yarn, in this paper are systematically discussed the differences between the structure and property of colored spun yarns spun by different spinning systems. It is found that the structure and appearance for each system' s colored spun yarn are consistent with its gray yarn. However, there is different variation in diameter, hairiness, evenness, stretching resistance and wear resistance parameter, which provides a basis for the development of appropriate colored spun yarn products for different spinning system.
