摘要
汽车空间窄小,密闭性较好,因此车内甲醛超标对人体的危害不可忽视。采用德国汽车工业协会标准VDA 275,对车内可能与人体接触的车用纺织品,如主地毯、顶蓬、汽车座椅及头枕、行李箱衬垫等产品中的甲醛释放量进行了检测。建立了一种EPA吸入风险评估模型,对人体在车内受甲醛污染的致癌风险进行评估,并给出了合理的分析和解释,为产品中有害化学物质的风险评估提供一种新思路。
Because of the narrow space and good gas-tightness of automobile, the harmfulness caused by formaldehyde pollution can not be ignored. In this paper, the formaldehyde release of automotive textiles, such as main carpet, top-roof inner, automotive seat and trunk wadding, is tested based on the standards of VAD 275 to establish EPA health risk assessment model to evaluate cancer risk caused by formaldehyde pollution in car. Reasonable analysis and explanation are given, provided a new exposure risk assessment method for chemical hazard.
