地热驱动有机朗肯-单级压缩制冷系统的热力学分析

摘要 建立了地热驱动有机朗肯-单级压缩制冷系统的热力学模型,根据热力学第一定律和第二定律,以系统性能系数和火用效率作为系统性能的评价指标,研究分别以R245fa,R123,R114,R141b作为循环工质时,地热流温度(发生温度)、凝汽温度和蒸发温度对系统性能的影响,并筛选出适用于中温地热能驱动的有机朗肯-单机压缩制冷系统最佳工质.计算结果表明,R141b综合性能最佳,根据典型工况下R141b作为循环工质时系统火用损的分布情况,在发生器和冷凝器处进行改进将大大提高系统的火用效率. A thermodynamic model of organic system was built. From the point of view of the Rankine-single-stage vapor compression refrigeration first and second laws of thermodynamics, the effects of generating temperature, condensing temperature and evaporation temperature on system performance were studied when using R245fa, R123, Rl14 and R141b as working fluids respectively, taking the system coefficient of performance and exergy efficiency as evaluation criteria. The calculated results show that R141b is the optimal working fluid. Then the distribution of exergy loss was investigated under typical working conditions with R141b as working fluid. It is concluded that the condenser of vapor compression refrigeration system and the boiler of organic Rankine cycle are the key components to improve the exergy efficiency of the whole system.
