摘要
目的分析企业产品设计战略的基本内容与方法工具。方法以产品设计的核心内容为原点,从企业产品战略的角度对影响产品品牌特质的基本要素进行变量分类设定,研究设计战略内容可视化的基本方法和模型。在三大基本战略内容的界定上作出了以交叉坐标为结合形式的可视化基本分析模型。结论企业产品设计战略解决产品设计中的同类问题,主要表现为三大基本战略内容,即创新战略、差异化战略和延展战略。通过可视化模型的建立,可明晰设计定位、布点和持续发展的目标,可用以诊断和构建企业的产品设计战略体系,这也是设计战略管理科学化的初步探究。
It analyzes the basic contents, methods and tools of enterprise product design strategies. Based on the corporation' s products design strategy, the basic elements can be set to be categorical variable parameters from the angle of enterprise product strategy, then it' s basic visual methods and models are researched. Based on the definition of the three basic strategies content, it sets up series basic visual analysis models with the form of cross-binding coordinates, Strategy always solves global, directional and persistent problems, and products design strategy solve similar problems too. It concludes three basic elements: innovation strategy, differentiation strategy and extension strategy. By establishing visual models, we can understand design locating, distribution and sustainable development, then we can use the models to diagnose and set the system of enterprise' design strategy. It is also the best way to make design strategy management scientific.
