摘要
梦是迄今为止还难以把握的一种意识现象,中医认为梦的本质是心神处于不同状态下的"魂魄飞扬",是睡眠时神志活动的特殊表现。人体脏腑阴阳的生理病理变化对人体的情志活动有着莫大的影响,并进而影响梦的形成和内容。因而梦在某种程度可以反映人体生理病理的变化,深入探究梦的内容、成因及其与人体生理病理的关系,对临床诊病具有一定的指导意义。
Dreams are so far elusive phenomenon of consciousness. Chinese medicine believes that the essence of the dream is ＂soul flying＂ in a different state of mind, and is a special performance of the activities of consciousness during sleep. Physiolog- ical and pathological changes in the body~ yin and yang organs of the human body has a great impact in emotional activities ,thus further affecting the formation and content of dreams. Thus the dream may reflect some degree of physiological and pathological changes in the human body, and delve into dream content, causes and its relationship with human physiology and pathology, which instructs clinical medical consultation to some degree.
