Classification and Summarization of Medical Works and Theories in Nanjing Local History

文章主要对南京地区地方志记载的医家著作和医论进行分类整理研究,研究发现南京地区地方志记载的医家著作则以内科、全科、儿科和瘟病学著述为主;医论主要以神圣工巧、"善治者必固其本"和尊重生命为主,体现了古代医家的高尚的学术道德,而对于疾病的具体诊治方药则缺少记载。

This work focuses on the classification and arrangement on the works and theories of medical science in the local history of Nanjing, which mainly includes the works on the internal medicine, general medicine, pediatrics and warm disease. Themedical theories based on the principles of observation, listening, interrogation, and pulse - taking, ＂a good doctor must pay atten- tion to strengthening the body resistance＂, and ＂respect of life＂ reflected the noble academic morality of ancient medical experts. However, few records on the methods of diagnosis and treatment were presented.
