中药熏洗对改善肛肠手术后疼痛及伤口愈合的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation- washing on the Treatment of Postoperative Pain and Wound Healing with Anorectal Diseases Patients

目的:探讨中药熏洗在改善肛肠手术患者术后疼痛以及对伤口愈合的影响及应用价值。方法:选择本院行肛肠手术的患者146例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组术后给予高锰酸钾熏洗,观察组采用自拟中药汤剂熏洗治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后肛门疼痛评分(2.11±0.28),肛门坠胀评分(0.78±0.31),与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(t=32.7727、9.6141;P<0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛消失时间(6.44±1.87)d,肛缘水肿消失时间(7.68±2.11)d,便血消失时间(7.01±1.56)d,伤口愈合时间(11.76±2.33)d,住院时间(16.98±3.01)d,组间对比差异有统计学意义(t=6.9985、5.2885、3.8898、8.7385、7.8376;P<0.05)。结论:采用中药熏洗方法应用在肛肠手术患者中能够减轻患者术后疼痛和肛门坠胀感,缩短临床体征消失时间、伤口愈合时间及住院时间,值得在临床上大力推广使用。

Objective：To explore Chinese medicine fumigation in improving postoperative pain for patients with anorectal sur- gery as well as effects on wound healing and application value. Methods ： 146 cases of patients with anorectal surgery as the re- search object were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group used postoperatively potassium per- manganate fumigation and observation group adopted the traditional Chinese medicine medicinal fumigation treatment. Observation group after treatment pain disappear time was （6.44 ＋ 1. 87） d,anal edge edema disappeared time was （7.68 ＋ 2.11 ） d,bloody disappear time was （7.01 ＋ 1.56）d,wound healing time was （ 11.76 ＋ 2.33 ） d,length of hospital stay was （ 16.98 ＋ 3.01 ） d, comparison between groups had statistically signifi- cant difference（ t = 6. 9985,5. 2885,3. 8898,8. 7385,7. 8376 ; P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine fumigation methods ap- plied in patients with anorectal surgery patients can reduce postoperative pain and anal fall bilge feeling and shorten clinical symp- toms disappear time, wound healing time and hospital stay, vigorously promoting the use in clinic.
