星蒌承气汤治疗重症急性期中风病的临床研究

Study on the Treatment of Acute Stroke Disease with Xinglou Chengqi Tang

目的:收集重症急性期中风病患者临床资料,结合治疗前后ApacheⅡ评分及GCS评分的变化以评估星蒌承气汤的临床疗效。方法:通过收集本院2011年9月—2013年3月急性期中风90例,进行分组治疗后对治疗前后APACHEⅡ评分及GCS评分进行统计分析。结果:1两组患者治疗后ApacheⅡ评分均有明显下降,而治疗组下降程度更加明显(P<0.05);2两组患者治疗后GCS评分均有明显上升,治疗组上升程度更加明显(P<0.01)。结论:1星蒌承气汤可进一步缓解急性期中风病患者的病情严重程度,并改善预后;2星蒌承气汤可进一步改善急性期中风病患者的意识状态,具有较好的催醒作用。

Objective：The study through the collection of treatment group and control group of the acute stroke patients＇ hospi- talized data,to explore if the treatment group with Xinglou Chengqi Tang can improve the patients＇ GCS score and APACHE II score. Methods ： Through clinical observation Guangdong Second Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Septem- ber 2011 to March 2013 hospitalized acute phases of stroke patients, enrolled a total of 90, and analyze the data by the statistical software 13.0. Results：（1）Apache 11 scores in two groups after treatment were obviously decreased and it was more in the treat- ment group. （2）GCS scores in two groups after treatment were obviously increased, especially that in the treatment group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：（1）Xinglou Chengqi Tang can further alleviate the condion of the patients who with acute phases of stroke, and maybe could improved the prognosis of the patients. （2）Xinglou Chengqi Tang can further increased the GCS score and recover the patients＇consciousness with acute phases of stroke. It is prompted that Xinglou Chengqi Tang had a wake - up effect.
