中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折36例疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Combined with Conventional Western Medicine Therapy in the Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures:A Report of 36 Cases

目的:探讨中医药联合常规西药治疗方法治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年4月—2014年4月本院接诊的胫骨平台骨折的患者72例,将其随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,即手术固定和恢复锻炼,而观察组患者在此基础上给予中医药联合治疗,疗程为3个月。治疗过程中,分别观察两组患者骨折的并发症发生情况和临床治疗的疗效;对所有患者随访1年,观察并记录两组患者的内固定取出所需时间、骨折愈合所需时间以及完全负重所需时间。结果:治疗后观察组患者在内固定取出所需时间、骨折愈合所需时间以及完全负重所需时间等方面均少于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(94.45%)显著高于对照组(77.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者骨折并发症总发生率(8.34%)显著低于对照组(36.12%),差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药联合常规西医治疗胫骨平台骨折患者的疗效优于单纯常规西医治疗,有利于患者的恢复,减少并发症,适合推广于临床。

Objective ： To explore clinical efficacy of the using of Integrative Medicine in the treatment of tibial plateau frac- tures. Methods ：72 cases of tibial plateau in our hospital during the period of September 2011 to September 2013 admitted to the patients were divided into observation group （36 cases） and control group （36 cases）. The control group was treated with conven- tional Western medicine treatment（ surgical fixation and recovery exercise）, and the observation group was given traditional Chi- nese medicine treatment on the basis of the of the control group for three months. During the treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions with fractures of the two groups were observed. All patients were followed for one year, the time for removing in- ternal fixation, healing and bearing full weight of the tWO groups were observed and recorded. Results ： After the treatment, the time for removing internal fixation, healing and bearing full weigbt in the observation group were less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group patients （94.45%）excellence rate was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 77.77 % ）, there was significantly statistical differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reactions in the observation group was better than that in the control group, there was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion：Chinese medicine combined with conventional Western medicine for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures could improve the curative effect and promote the recovery of patients. It is suitable for clinical application.
