摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定润肺合剂中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。以Zorbax Eclipse plus C18柱(4.6×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;甲醇-水-磷酸(48∶52∶0.15)为流动相;流速1.0 m L/min;检测波长为280nm;进样量10μL;柱温30℃。结果:黄芩苷浓度在11.22~112.2μg/m L范围与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 9。平均加样回收率(n=6)为100.1%;RSD=2.0%。结论:本法操作简单,结果准确可靠,可作为润肺合剂的含量测定方法。
Objective : To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Runfei Mixture. Methods : Adoption of HPLC method. The baicalin was separated on a Zorbax Eclipse plus Cms Column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm)with methanol - water -phosphoric acid (48: 52: 0.15) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Injec- tion volume was 10 μL. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 11.22 ~ 112. 2 μg/mL for baicalin with r = 0. 9999. The average recovery from sample was 100.1% with RSD = 2.0% ( n = 6). Conclu- sion : The method was simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of Runfei Mixture.
