高效液相色谱法测定润肺合剂中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in the Runfei Mixture by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定润肺合剂中黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。以Zorbax Eclipse plus C18柱（4.6×150 mm,5μm）为色谱柱;甲醇-水-磷酸（48∶52∶0.15）为流动相;流速1.0 m L/min;检测波长为280nm;进样量10μL;柱温30℃。结果：黄芩苷浓度在11.22~112.2μg/m L范围与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 9。平均加样回收率（n=6）为100.1%;RSD=2.0%。结论：本法操作简单,结果准确可靠,可作为润肺合剂的含量测定方法。

Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Runfei Mixture. Methods ： Adoption of HPLC method. The baicalin was separated on a Zorbax Eclipse plus Cms Column （4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm）with methanol - water -phosphoric acid （48： 52： 0.15） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Injec- tion volume was 10 μL. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 11.22 ~ 112. 2 μg/mL for baicalin with r = 0. 9999. The average recovery from sample was 100.1% with RSD = 2.0% （ n = 6）. Conclu- sion ： The method was simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of Runfei Mixture.
