四逆散及其拆方对实验性溃疡性结肠炎大鼠IL-4的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究四逆散及其不同拆方对实验性溃疡性结肠炎大鼠IL-4的影响。方法:将实验动物分为14组,采用免疫法造模,以大鼠一般状况、结肠组织大体情况、结肠组织病理变化和实验大鼠IL-4活性作为观察与检测指标。结果:四逆散及其拆方能够降低实验大鼠IL-4的含量,其中四逆散全方作用最佳,明显高于其各拆方组;各拆方组组间比较,柴芍枳配伍与柴芍配伍作用最强,去除柴胡或白芍后的芍枳甘配伍与柴枳甘配伍降低血清IL-4含量的作用降低,所不同的是柴枳甘配伍增加UC实验大鼠结肠黏膜IL-4的作用与柴芍枳配伍、柴芍配伍的作用并无显著差异,而芍枳甘组降低结肠黏膜IL-4含量的作用同样低于柴芍枳配伍、柴芍配伍。结论:四逆散及其拆方能够通过调节实验性UC大鼠血清及结肠黏膜IL-4活性来干预UC,方中柴胡、芍药调节实验性UC大鼠IL-4活性的作用在四逆散全方中占有重要地位。 Objective:The study is the Sini powders and the different compatibilities in influence on IL -4 of experimental ul- cerative colitis rats. Methods:The experimental animals were divided into 14 groups and modeled with immunization. Through ob- serving and detecting the states, pathological changes varying, activity of IL -4 of rats. Results:Sini and the different compatibili- ties can reduce the action of IL - 4 in rats, in which the whole side effect Sini was the best, significantly higher than the others. A- mong in the different compatibilities groups, the action of the IL - g of UC rats in the Chaishaozhi groups and Chaishao group were significantly higher than that of the other groups, but Chaizhigan group and Shaozhigan group were significantly lower than the oth- ers. Conclusion :Sini and the different compatihi[ities could adjust the action of the IL-4 of the colonic mucosa and serum of the experimental UC rats, and arguably Chaishao, Bupleurum and Peony, as monarch drug and ministerial drug in the prescription play the important roles.
