摘要
堆浸是从低品位矿石中回收金属的一种简便、经济的技术。在745铀矿厂进行的微生物堆浸实验中,发现在微生物培养中有大量沉淀物质产生。在文章中,笔者讨论以及分析了在不同酸度下微生物的沉淀物质。得出菌液扩大培养中所产生沉淀元素除了来自培养菌液的Fe还有来自矿堆的S、Ca、Ti等元素。含量最多的沉淀矿物是铁化合物沉淀和钙化合物沉淀。
Heap leaching is a convenient and economical technology from low grade ore in the recycle metal. During the microbial heap leaching experiments in the 745 uranium mine factory, the test result show that there are lots of precipitation in the microbial cultivate. In the article, the author discussed and analyzed precipitation of the microbial in the different acidity. The analysis results of precipitation element in the microbial expansion cultivate,it not only include Fe element in the bacteria, but also include S, Ca and Ti element and so on in the mine heap. And the most count of precipitation mineral is precipitation of iron compounds and calcium compounds.
