摘要
采用新型的油醇聚氧乙烯醚为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,制备出介孔SiO2微球,以XRD、TEM、BET对制备材料进行表征,结果表明介孔SiO2微球具有有序的孔道结构,粒径为300-400nm,模板剂浓度对介孔SiO2微球形貌影响不大。
Spherical mesoporous silica particles were successfuUy prepared by using Polyoxyethylene oleyl ether (20) as templates and tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as silica precursor. The synthesized mesoporous silica materials were characterized by XRD, TEM and BET techniques. Results indicate that the materials have ordered pore network, and the particle size in 300-400 nm. Furthermore, the morphology of SiO2 is independent with the concentration of templates.
