Biomass Waste Pyrolysis Reactors:A Review

裂解是目前国内外处理生物质废物的常用工艺之一,而裂解炉是生物质废物裂解工艺的核心装备。文章介绍了固定床裂解炉、回转窑、流化床裂解炉、管式裂解炉、等离子体裂解炉和微波裂解炉等几种炉型的特点,最后提出回转窑仍是大规模生物质废物裂解炉的首选,而管式裂解炉和等离子体裂解炉具有良好的应用前景。

Pyrolysis is one of the most popular technologies for biomass waste treatment. Pyrolysis reactor is the core facility of pyrolysis of biomass waste. To provide information for pyrolysis reactor selection, some reactor types, i.e. fixed-bed reactor, rotary kiln, fluidized-bed reactor, tubular reactor, plasma reactor, and microwave reactor, were reviewed in this paper. As a conclusion, rotary kiln will still be the first choice for large-scale biomass waste pyrolysis while tubular reactor and plasma reactor show prospective futures.
