摘要
主要针对炼油污水普遍采用的活性污泥法污水处理工艺生产运行中易于出现的污泥膨胀进行了论述,对镜检下良好污泥、基本正常污泥及膨胀污泥的表现状况进行了描述,讨论了非丝状菌膨胀与丝状菌膨胀两种类型的污泥膨胀原因,影响因素及各因素间的关系。以基质限制、溶解氧限制、营养物质匮乏、p H与水温变化冲积和腐败废水五种膨胀情况进行论述,对比了丝状菌与菌胶团的理化性质。针对应急措施、工艺设计措施以及工艺运行措施三个方面对污泥膨胀的应对措施进行了论述。
Discussed the sludge bulking in activated sludge treatment process which is easy to appear and widely used in refinery wastewater treatment. Described the well function sludge, normal sludge and bulking sludge performance status that can be observed under the microscope. Discuss the cause and the relationship between influence factors for the Non flamentous bulking and filamentous bulking. Discussed the substrate limitation, dissolved oxygen limiting, the lack of nutrients, pH and water temperature changes or corruption wastewater alluvial that five expansion situation. Contrast the Physical and chemical properties of the filamentous bacteria and zoogloea. According to the three aspects of countermeasures for emergency measures, process design measures and function process for control sludge bulking measures are discussed.
