摘要
本试验采用Fenton流化床工艺处理某厂电镀镍工艺清洗废水,得出合适的H2O2投加量为40 mg/L,Fe SO4投加量为20 mg/L,p H为5,水力停留时间为30 min,循环水流速为40 m/h。Fenton流化床+混凝沉淀+砂滤的工艺出水的镍、COD、总磷指标能稳定达标。相对于常规Fenton氧化工艺,Fenton流化床工艺能有效降低酸、碱、催化剂消耗量和污泥产量,节省反应时间,具有良好的经济效益。
The test adapts Fenton fluidized bed process to treat cleaning water of nickel plating process. Appropriate parameters are H202 40 mg/L, FeSO4 20 mg/L, pH 5, HRT 30 min, the circulating water flow rate 40 m/h. For Fenton fluidized bed+coagulation and precipitation+sand filtration process effluent, nickel, COD, total phosphorus index can get stable compliance. Compared with conventional Fenton oxidation process, Fenton fluidized bed process can effectively reduce the acid, base, catalyst consumption and sludge production, and save response time also, with good economic returns.
