高速小尺寸离心压缩机级内非定常流动的数值研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用非线性谐波法在设计点及近失速点,对应用于环保曝气装置的高速小尺寸离心压缩机级内流动,进行了非定常流动数值模拟,获得了该离心压缩机流道内的非定常流场结构,重点分析了流道中的损失结构及分布、二次流形式以及叶轮叶顶泄漏流动。研究结果表明:设计点小尺寸离心压缩机级内非定常效应不太强烈,而近失速点流道内的损失明显高于设计点,流道内的非定常效应也要强于设计点,同时,非线性谐波法可有效地模拟动/静非定常干涉。 Numerical simulation of the unsteady flow in a high-speed small-size centrifugal compressor stage applied in environmental aerator was presented with non-linear harmonic method at design and near-stall mass flow rate. The unsteady flow structure was obtained, the loss structure and its distribution, secondary flow and impeller tip leakage flow was mainly discussed. It is indicated that the unsteady effect was not obvious in the small-size centrifugal compressor stage at design mass flow rate. At near-stall point, the loss was obviously higher. Also, the unsteady effect was more obvious in the flow passage. Besides, the non-hnear harmonic method could capture the unsteady interaction between rotor and stator effectively.
