摘要
介绍了新模型系列风机的快速优化设计计算方法,为简化设计计算及方便实践应用,采用了电子表格(Excel)进行风机机号、性能参数流量压力的取值来确定匹配关系:与风机转子组主轴强度、临界转速、轴承寿命的匹配关系;与风机叶轮轴盘尺寸的匹配关系;与电机功率安全系数、电机极数匹配关系的应用计算。并以CF51新模型系列风机采用电子表格设计计算方法为例,进行详细说明。
This paper introduces calculation methods for the rapid optimization design of the series fan in new model, and applies the Excel to take the value of the device number of fan and the flowing pressure of performance parameter for the purpose of simplifying design calculations and facilitating the practical applications, which means the determination of matching relation with the critical bearings including the matching relation spindle intensity of fan rotor set, speed and the life-span of , the matching relation with the size of fan impeller disc, and the matching relation with the security coefficient of motor power and motor series. In order to explain in detail, this paper exemplifies the CF51 series fan in new model that uses the spreadsheet for the design calculation.
