烯烃绿色环氧化反应制备环氧烷烃的研究 被引量:3

摘要 油溶性聚醚是一些高端润滑油产品重要的基础油成分,而环氧烷烃是生产油溶性聚醚的最主要原料。文章介绍了近年来发展的基于绿色化学理念、以过氧化氢为氧化剂的烯烃环氧化反应研究进展,并制备了过氧磷钨酸催化剂,采用过氧化氢为氧化剂,研究了长链烯烃(1-十八烯)的环氧化反应,并对反应条件进行了优化。 Oil- soluble polyalkylene glycol (PAG) is applied as an important kind of base oil for high- performance lubrica- ting oil. The alkylene oxide serves as the main raw material for preparing oil - soluble PAG. The current research progress of epoxidation reaction, which introduces hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant in green chemistry principles, was reviewed in this report. The peroxophosphotungstate catalyst was prepared and utilized to epoxidize the long chain olefin (1 -octadecylene) with hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant under the optimized reaction conditions.
