白土精制对变压器油基础油脱色作用的探讨及改进 被引量:3

摘要 开展了模拟白土补充精制过程的小试研究,考察并分析了白土精制过程中造成油品变色的影响因素。研究发现,适当降低精制温度有利于油品色度的改善,但精制温度降低过大,尤其是当精制温度低于100℃时,则无法使白土活化发挥精制作用,对油品的外观清澈性不利。根据小试研究的成果,提出对白土混合罐混合后的油浆进行升温前预脱气的改造方案。技改方案的实施取得了预期效果,大幅度地改善了变压器油基础油的色度。 In order to analyze the discoloration of base oil of transformer oil during the process of clay treating, the lab test was carried out. Research showed that reducing the temperature of clay treating properly is beneficial to the improvement of base oil color to some extent. But the decolorization is greatly reduced when the treating temperature is below 100℃. According to the research, the degasifying of oil mixed with clay before heating up is proposed. The technical innovation a- chieves the expected results, and the color of base oil of transformer oil is greatly improved.
