摘要
复合材料钻削分层缺陷是影响复合材料构件后续加工质量和效率的关键因素之一,针对该问题,设计不同钻深孔的分层缺陷产生与检测实验,揭示分层产生及演变历程。获得了孔出口三维分层形貌,分析了分层缺陷动态变化及影响。
Drilling-induced delamination of composites is one of the key factors that affect the quality and efficiency of the subsequent machining. According to this problem, the experiment is described to reveal the evolution processes of delamination, by the detection of holes that have different drilling depth.Three-dimensional morphology of delamination at the hole exit is obtained to analyze the dynamic changes and influence of delamination.
