消化内镜分子影像学技术新进展 被引量：1

摘要 白光内镜是消化道黏膜形态学改变直视化检查的突破性进展.目前,消化道早癌诊断模式正是基于白光内镜直视观察病变及病变组织病理定性,但由于多数早癌形态特征不明显,这种模式易造成漏诊;此外,病变活检定位缺乏准确性也是造成漏诊的另一个主要原因.近年研究表明,特殊光内镜联合放大内镜对早癌诊断有较高的价值,还可判断早癌的边界与浸润深度,但漏诊率仍在20％以上[1,2].如何实现内镜下更早、更准确地诊断早癌？分子影像学的发展提供了这种可能性.
