2015年进入到第二季度,对于国内房地产市场而言,多方利好已接踵而至。从“两会”首次明文提出支持改善性住房需求并将加大保障房投资力度,到3月27日两部委联合发布新政,3月30日,二套首付又下调至四成、首套公积金首付仅两成,再到二手房交易营业税5年改2年,近期房地产市场政策扶持力度大大超出预期。
2008 was a 'year of policies' of the property industry.From the central government all the way to the municipal administrations,various policies have been issued targeting real estate.As far as it goes now,the policies have been quite effective.Either the 20%business tax or the down payment cut has been favorable for the buyers with rigid demand in terms of a lower house price.
