摘要 “开盘当天就卖完了,你去其他楼盘看看吧。”“开盘当天就卖完了,你去其他楼盘看看吧。”当一位购房者向星河传奇项目销售人员询问时,得到如此答复。该销售起初称仅剩一套127平方米房源,在得知购房者意向购买小户型时,表现出一丝不耐烦,催促着购房者去该项目不远处的另一个楼盘看房。这时距离位于深圳龙华新区的星河传奇项目加推开盘已经过去一个星期有余。4月11日,星河传奇加推152套房源,均价在3.7万元/平方米左右。 In fact,the result of new policy's implement was not ideal.Salesmen said that the years of reducing business tax had been changed from 5 to 2 but the down payment of second-home was still 70%.However,it did not reduce consumers' passion.Liu Wenchun said that: 'The new policy improved consumers' confidence.Although the new policy mainly worked for promoting improving demand,the sales volume of second-hand house,luxury house,mid-range house and rigid demand house were all increasing.'
