横空出世的一条“3·30新政”,一夜之间对成都当地的刚需、改善性住宅注入了一针强效的兴奋剂。在探访了成都当地多个楼盘后,《中国房地产金融》发现,除了豪宅销售鲜有变动之外,刚需住宅、首次改善性住房、二次改善性住房市场都不同程度地出现了明显的销量提升。当地一位地产资深人士告诉我们,不少当地开发商纷纷抓住这一政策机会,快速、大量地消化各自的楼盘库存,“以价换量”现象特别明显。
Beihu International City,though away from the downtown hustle and bustle,the improving infrastructure,appealing surrounding environment and convenient transportation have attracted quite a few customers.Zhang Fan said they could sell15 units every week before the March30 th policy,but twice as many afterwards. 'We sold 30 units the first week after the new policy,over 60 in the second week.To be honest,even our salesmen have been amazed.'
