飞轮储能在风电功率预测系统中的应用探究

摘要 风能是一种间歇性能源,风电功率经常处于波动之中,风电功率的预测对风力发电系统并网的安全性和稳定性具有重要的意义.天气预报提供的气象数据有一定误差,机组调度需要计及风电功率预测高估和低估所带来的代价.本文以风电功率预测的传统方法为基础,用飞轮储能对预测出来的风功率进行适时调节,从而优化了风电质量,最终使用Matlab/GUI开发了风电功率预测系统.该系统提高了风电功率的预测精度,可为风电功率预测提供参考. Wind power is an intermittent energy, and its power always fluctuates. Therefore, the prediction of wind power in significant for the security and stability of the grid wind power system. Since meteorological data provided by the weather forecast have a certain amount of error, unit arrangement needs to count the overestimated or underestimated cost. Based on traditional wind power prediction, the paper proposes to adjust wind power timely by using flywheel energy storage and optimize the quality of wind power. Finally, wind power prediction system is developed by Matlab/GUI. The system has improved the prediction accuracy of wind power and can provide reference for wind power prediction.
